Overview

At Coding Brushup, we strive to provide the best learning experience through our online bootcamps and self-paced training programs. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our refund policy below:

Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your enrollment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The course must not have been downloaded or shared in any way.
  • You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Your account usage will be reviewed to confirm minimal access.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Non-Refundable Items

As we do not sell any physical goods, the following digital products are non-refundable:

  • Access to closed community groups or live cohort access once attended
  • Courses downloaded or accessed beyond 20% completion
  • Custom mentorship or one-on-one sessions already availed
  • Discounted or promotional bundle packages
  • Certification fees (if any)

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received, we will:

  1. Acknowledge your request via email.
  2. Review your course activity for eligibility.
  3. Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account or payment dashboard.
  • Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund reflects.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time involved.

Cancellations & Course Transfers

You may request to cancel your enrollment or transfer to a different course batch within the 7-day refund window. All requests must be submitted in writing to info@codingbrushup.com.
